"NetDay, a non-profit organization that promotes technology in schools, wants to enlist half a million students to go to its Web site (netday.org) today and complete a short survey as part of its first "Speak Up Day." This winter, it will issue a report to the U.S. Education Department, which is developing a national school technology policy," reports USA Today.
