Current Topic: It now appears that the "five tests" used to assess Britain's entry into the single currency have not been passed to the chancellor's satisfaction, and a referendum on the euro seems unlikely before the next election. Is this a strategic delay, or has the government simply abandoned the idea of joining the single currency? What do you think?
