Intel has released fourth quarter financial results with profits doubling to $1 billion on turnover flat at $7.2 billion. Over the full year, Intel made $3.1 billion (up from $1.3 billion) on turnover flat at $26.8 billion. Apple's results are due on Wednesday. Microsoft's results are due on Thursday.
