Since America runs the content business, Europe will obviously get hit by the fall-out. Whether they will care in China and Taiwan remains to be seen.... Meanwhile AP has reported on the proposed Berman legislation that would allow copyright owners to stop violations on file-sharing networks, including hacking users' computers and knocking them offline, as long as they clear it with the Justice Department first.
