Bid-Up TV, the digital satellite TV and online auction site, is looking for an advertising and media agency to handle its national launch.
M&C Saatchi, Soul, Banks Hoggins O'Shea FCB, and Conquest will all pitch for the business, which is worth around £2m.
Media Planning and Starcom Motive have also been approached about the account.
Glenn Matchett, head of marketing at Bid-Up, said: "We are looking for an agency to create an above-the-line campaign with maximum effect and minimum wastage, positioning the company as fast, dynamic and fun to take part in."
Bid-Up was launched in 1999 by Ashley Faull and John Egan, two former board members of ONdigital.
