Just months after he shocked Hollywood and the world by announcing his retirement from showbusiness, canine celebrity Uggie, who wowed audiences with his performance in The Artist, took a photocall outside Grauman's Chinese Theatre in Los Angeles. After leaving his paw print for posterity in front of the famous cinema, he was buttonholed by old-timer Lassie, who seemed to be whispering a few words of advice in the dog star's ear.
