This romantic comedy with an all African-American cast is a painfully sentimental vehicle for its producer-star, the ample Queen Latifah. She plays a sassy, cheerful 35-year-old, basketball-loving New Jersey physiotherapist whose beautiful, gold-digging stepsister steals a top basketball hero from under her nose. When he's seriously injured the girl returns the man's ring and selfless Latifah steps in to restore his health.
