Controversial internet advertising company Phorm might have got the go-ahead from Britain's big cheeses - but not everybody in Westminster is so keen. A tipster tells me that the parliamentary internet security team has blocked access to Phorm services. Is that a bit rich given plans for a £12bn database of every phone call and email in the UK?
