Worldwide PC shipments are forecast to reach 33.2 million units in the first quarter of 2003, a 4.8% increase from the first quarter of 2002. By the end of 2003, worldwide PC shipments are expected to reach 138.7 million units, a 7.9% increase from 2002, says Gartner.
